Kendall Jenner is not happy that a company has used her picture to promote skin treatments. The model requires 10 million dollars (8.8 million euros) in damages.
The 20-year-old ran out of her pimples off by the so-called Laser Genesis treatments. The responsible company then fired of that fact by using her image to promote the treatment. “The right to name and associate the face of Kendall Jenner with a product or service is reserved for Kendall Jenner himself and is protected by law”, says Kendall lawyer Todd Wilson.
